By accessing xp78.org, creating a user account, or using any product or service offered by xp78 — including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and fishing game titles — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance is binding from the moment you complete the registration process on the xp78 platform.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of the device, browser, or connection type used to access xp78. Use of the xp78 platform via mobile data (including Jazz, Telenor, Zong, and Ufone networks), Wi-Fi, or any other internet connection is equally subject to these Terms.

By accepting these Terms, you further confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the xp78 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and xp78.

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to xp78 is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users of the xp78 platform without exception. xp78 enforces age verification through Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) checks conducted prior to the processing of any withdrawal from a user's account.

2.2 Verification. xp78 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the time period specified by xp78 will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of xp78 is lawful in your jurisdiction. xp78 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all locations where the platform may be accessed. Users accessing xp78 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and without the endorsement of xp78.

2.4 Single Account. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the xp78 platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information. To access xp78 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable. xp78 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xp78 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. xp78 will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. You must notify xp78 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Ownership. xp78 accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your xp78 account to another individual is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Your xp78 account is for your personal use only. Operating an xp78 account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. xp78 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (TRC20). All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. xp78 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at xp78 is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment channels may vary and are displayed on the xp78 deposit page at the time of transaction.

4.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your xp78 account are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity. xp78 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual activity patterns.

4.4 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not reflect in your xp78 balance within the standard processing window, you must contact xp78 support with your transaction reference number. xp78 will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the amount within one (1) business day.

5.1 Verification Requirement. Before xp78 processes any withdrawal, the account holder must complete identity verification by submitting a valid CNIC. This is a one-time requirement per account. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held in a pending state until verification is completed.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals from xp78 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. xp78 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in names other than that of the registered account holder.

5.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours of the request being submitted. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts selected for additional compliance review.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount from xp78 is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance reaches the minimum amount.

5.5 Bonus Wagering. Funds derived from promotional bonuses may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. xp78 will clearly display the applicable wagering requirement and progress for each active bonus in the user's account panel.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by xp78 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, xp78 promotional offers are available to one (1) account per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address. xp78 reserves the right to void bonus rewards and any winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that a single individual has claimed the same offer through multiple accounts.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms at xp78. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Abuse and Misuse. xp78 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has exploited, abused, or otherwise misused a promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to bonus arbitrage, low-risk bet hedging in breach of promotion terms, and coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the xp78 sportsbook are subject to the individual sport and market rules published on the xp78 platform. A bet is accepted only when xp78 confirms acceptance and a bet reference number is issued. xp78 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion.

7.2 Obvious Errors. xp78 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or stakes that were the result of a manifest error, including pricing errors, data feed malfunctions, or operator error. In such cases, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

7.3 Cricket Betting Specifics. For cricket markets — including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches — xp78 applies rules that account for match abandonment, reduced-over formats (Duckworth-Lewis), and rescheduled fixtures. 7.4 Casino Games. All xp78 casino games utilise independently audited random number generators (RNG). Live dealer games use physical playing equipment visible on camera. xp78 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xp78 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the xp78 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on the xp78 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with xp78 betting or casino systems.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or game glitches to gain an unfair advantage at xp78.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any event offered on xp78.
• Sharing xp78 login credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with xp78 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate xp78 transactions through external payment service providers.

9.1 xp78 Rights. xp78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice if xp78 reasonably determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or presents an unacceptable compliance risk.

9.2 Balance on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation of potential Terms violations, the account balance will be held and not made available for withdrawal until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, xp78 may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. You may close your xp78 account at any time by contacting xp78 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal processing period. 10.1 Player Tools. xp78 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the logged-in account settings panel. These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time limits and activity reminders; cooling-off periods of up to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion from the xp78 platform.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude from xp78 are prohibited from creating new accounts for the duration of the exclusion period. xp78 uses reasonable technical measures to detect and prevent re-registration by self-excluded players. Any winnings generated in breach of a self-exclusion period will be forfeited.

10.3 Mandatory 21+ Enforcement. xp78's minimum age of 21 is strictly enforced across all products and all user journeys on the platform. Any user found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds dealt with in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the xp78 platform — including but not limited to the xp78 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of xp78 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Restricted Use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xp78 content without the prior written consent of xp78. Unauthorised use of xp78 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11.3 User Content. Any content submitted by users to xp78 — including support communications and feedback — may be used by xp78 for the purpose of service improvement without any obligation of compensation or attribution to the user.

12.1 Service Availability. xp78 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all xp78 services.

12.2 Financial Losses. xp78 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of placing bets or playing casino games on the platform. All gaming and betting activity at xp78 involves risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that losses are an inherent part of gaming and that xp78 makes no representation that users will profit from using the platform.

12.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp78's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any single claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Third-Party Services. xp78 is not liable for the actions, errors, or service quality of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed providers integrated with the xp78 platform.

xp78 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account and using xp78 services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the xp78 Privacy Policy.

xp78 applies industry-standard data security measures to protect user information. Personal data will not be sold to third parties. xp78 may share necessary user data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and third-party verification services strictly for the purpose of operating the platform in compliance with applicable requirements.

14.1 Right to Amend. xp78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the xp78 platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, xp78 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the xp78 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using xp78 and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.3 of these Terms.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of gaming and commercial law as applied by the compliance jurisdiction under which xp78 operates. xp78 does not provide legal advice on the applicability of local laws in your jurisdiction.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and xp78 in connection with these Terms or the use of the xp78 platform, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through direct negotiation and good-faith communication via the xp78 support channel before pursuing any formal process.

15.3 Complaints Procedure. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to xp78 via the support email displayed in the Contact section of the platform. xp78 will acknowledge all written complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
